I believe emotional well-being should be available to all. This is why I chose to be an in-network provider for most insurance companies – allowing you to use your insurance benefits to pay for treatment and reduce your expenses. In those cases you will only be responsible for your office visit co-pay. Amounts will vary depending on your specific policy. We can always check into your specific insurance benefits and respective costs prior to your first visit.

If your employer offers Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits, you might qualify for free sessions!

Of course you always have the option of privately paying for counseling, if you prefer the freedom of not having to comply with insurance parameters.
